They are looking for properties that meet their lifestyle. As they are extremely busy, they tend to rely on real estate agents that can offer them personalised guidance, extensive background information about every property, and maximal flexibility for the guided visits. Dedicated to helping these buyers find a home, our staff will adjust the visiting hours to their busy schedules.
For our Distinctive Properties portfolio, we have developed a special approach. A professional photographer visits the property for a series of attractive photographs and for a virtual visit. This way, potential buyers, wherever they are located, can visit the property and explore the rooms at leisure. In addition, we write a detailed property brochure (in Dutch, French and English) with information on the property, the surroundings, with technical details and background information, like the accessibility of schools, sports facilities and public transport.
The Distinctive Properties portfolio is represented in a separate section of the Ifac Service Woonkrant. It is sent to leading real estate websites and to the Certes website. In close concertation with property owners, we decide on targeted publicity campaigns, with ads on expat websites or in luxury magazines.
